First Impressions

  • Greeter Team

    Greeter team is for people who enjoy being around other people. They extend a warm welcome to first time guests and others as they arrive to the church.

  • Setup & Teardown Team

    This team is for people who prefer to serve behind the scenes. They turn the BCM into Progression Church by setting out signage and other equipment and taking them down after service.

  • Hospitality Team

    Hospitality team brings a personal touch to Progression by making sure the lobby is clean and ready to receive guests as well as making sure the breakfast bar has plenty of coffee and snacks for our guests!

  • Meal Team

    Meal Team helps plan, prepare and serve meals at each of our outreach and special events.

Family Ministry

  • Nursery Team

    Nursery team ministers to parents and kids alike by caring for and loving on infants 6w-1yr old (Background check required)

  • Preschool Team

    Preschool team Invests In kids 2-5yrs through Bible stories, worship, prayer, hands-on activities and personal interactions. (Background check required)

  • P-Kids Team

    P-Kids invests in the lives of children ages K-5th through worship, Biblical teaching, videos, Small Groups, and games. (Background check required)

  • Youth Team

    Youth team invests in the lives of students middle school through high school. (Background check required)

Worship & Production

  • Worship Team

    Worship team leads a powerful worship experience through singing or playing an instrument..

  • Production Team

    Our team assists in the production of the overall worship experience. Roles include things like lights, powerpoint, sound and video.

  • Creative Media

    This team gives you the chance to flex your creative muscles. It exists for those skilled in photography, social media, or graphic design.

Small Groups & Discipleship

  • Small Group Leader

    SGL's lead our weekly small group discussions and invest in their group.

  • Host Home

    We're always looking for homes to facilitate groups. For those hesitant to be a leader, hosting a group is a great way to serve!

  • Discipleship Leader

    For people who like to invest in other people. D-Group leaders meet regularly with someone for discipleship.
